It was a perfect hotel for me my wife and children. I stayed in many hotels in nearly all continents but this is the only hotel i would give full stars. The staffs are very sympathetic and helping. The lake view is very beautiful and the breakfast was very nice. i will stay here if I'm visiting here again. for people who cares about sympathy like us, this will b a very good choice.
Very nice little hotel, situated straight on the boardwalk along lake Garda. We got a family room with balcony, looking out on the lake. Fair priced, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Short walk to one of the beaches.
Lake view facing, very Good Hotel with obviously stunning location as seen on picture of the hotel. Quite pricey but freendly staff and breakfast was amazing !
We were given room which had all amenities and beds were comfy.
Dont forget to book ferry to sermione, pricheria del garda or riva del garda for amazing day trip.
Great location, comfortable and clean. The ferry is right on the other side of the street and we received very good recommendations for restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great: because of Covid restrictions (no buffet) we had to fill out a form the night before with what we would like to have. Refills were no problem. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly!
The room was OK to start with, location is great as is the breakfast. We had booked for 4 nights however woke at 3am on our first night never went back to sleep and left as soon as the manager artaived as we had woken to the room full of cigarette smoke. We had no idea where this was coming from but the hotel where absolutely unwilling to do anything about it. As 2 non-smokers, quite frankly this was unacceptable and disgusting. We both felt like we had been smoking not to mention our skin smelled of smoke as did all our clean clothing. We had to find another hotel while sat in the square at 7am. Poor experience all round. Couldn't recommend this hotel and won't be back.

Great location, beautiful view, close to navigation and kindergarden
Amazing veiw and location service was good and staff were friendly. Rooms were really hot tho. Couldn't figure out how to turn the radiator off but apart from that, would definitely recommend this hotel.
